The staff were so friendly, especially the lovely lady on reception. The breakfast on 26th December was superb: I had a delicious omelette and pancakes. The room was clean and quiet and the shower lovely and warm. We were allowed some extra time to check out after breakfast, too.

Price was brilliant. Plenty of parking which you had to pay for. Beds were firm and very good for me, asked for extra pillow and towel and they brought it to the room within a couple of mins

Traveled with family and small dog. For our pet they gave a small gift: a toy and snacks. Rooms are clean. In the rooms has water, coffee, tea and electric kettle. I liked that near the hotel there is a park, a store and a shopping center with McDonald's.

Hotel located fairly close to the airport, easily accessible by car. Lovely warm, clean hotel with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a late check out with no extra charge as the rooms were not being occupied. We put in individual breakfast requests which were cooked freshly. The receptionist provided tips on what to see in Poznań. All staff very smiley and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Great value for money and hope to be back next year.

The hotel was overall very good, with friendly and polite staff who made the stay welcoming. The facilities were comfortable, and everything met expectations.

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport. A comfortable walk and you are already at the tram or bus station, from where you can reach everything. The hotel has a perfect, varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean. A dynamic and skilled team works. I can only say good things. I recommend it to anyone.

I guess the price was ok. also bed was comfortable apart from the pillow which was unlike anything I’ve seen previously in hotels, flat and quite hard.

friendly staff and housekeepers, quick to respond to any requests, ie refills at breakfast and extra clean towels etc. Staff mostly had a smile on their faces.
